2.) The Food You Serve Matters ...
I thought this was just a joke in the Realtor World, but when I told my father (former KW Realtor) about my adventure the first question he asked was, "What did they serve?"
My reaction? - "Saaayyyy Whhhaaaattt?!?"
People want to eat! Nothing will draw more attention to an Open House or Broker's Open than what you have on the menu. I found a great article on FrontDoor.com (Click the link for the Top 10 Best Foods) for the best foods served at these events. Or if you want to get the community involved, see if there is a local restaurant that will donate food in exchange for advertising. This way your potential buyer gets a hot meal, and the restaurant might gain a new customer if they move to the area ;)
